I've worked in many fields, but none surprised me more than the UX field. I never saw it coming, but when it did I enrolled in the Google UX/UI Design certificate program through Coursera. I received my UX Certificate in February 2023.Currently, I work at The Everarbor Company where I communicate with customers in a retail setting as well as manage the apparel inventory, fulfill online orders, and manage the production and packaging of our fertilizer. I have 10 years of experience in warehousing. In those 10 years, I have worked in the refreshment, wheel and tire, cold storage, and moving/furniture distribution businesses. I've been trained and licensed to operate forklifts/tow motors, order pickers, riding industrial pallet jacks, casing machinery in assembly lines, and balers/compactors. I've been in charge of shipping and receiving, including filling out and filing receiving reports.
