Consult and partner with Legal, Operations, HR & Marketing partners for all prospective and active clientsProvide guest accommodation services for national live events ranging from 20,000- 200,000 guests and 20-100 active staffPlan, manage and ensure successful execution of ADA accommodations and resources for over 60 event clients annuallyEnsure compliance with all state and federal disability regulations for guests, staff, vendors and artistsProvide guidance on complex guest and staff accommodation requests and cases including the inability to accommodationServe as subject-matter-expert in providing accommodations for effective communication; guided tours, ASL interpretation, Assisted Listening Devices, Subwoofer sound packs, LED signage, closed captioning, braille, and large-font materialProblem solve and resolve complex challenges with staff and guests directly on a spectrum of seen and unseen disabilitiesConsulting event producer on guest accommodation planning and report directly to the Owner and Founder & ADA AttorneyAnalyze and identify accommodation patterns while suggesting suitable and uniform strategiesSimultaneously managed 20+ high volume event ADA email inboxesCreated ADA sensitivity on-boarding training presentations, enhancing overall complianceSpearheaded largest ADA operations to date for Desert Trip 2016, with 2,000+ ADA patrons and their companions over a course of 2 weekends for 4-days each weekend and Coachella & Stagecoach events with ADA guests numbers up to 2,600+Created event patron data matrix for the company at events, ensuring efficient communication and record-keeping Managed business administration; patron databases, employee travel and entertainment booking and budget reconciliation
