Current- Applied lean methodology to reduce volume of photochemical resists used for lithography by 70%.- Ownership and sustaining of ultra-modern processes and tools used for photolithography patterning on silicon wafers while processes ramp from development to high volume manufacturing, improving tool availability by 20%.- Collaboration with shift teams, suppliers and department managers to define key business needs and formulate the best course to ensure flawless accomplishment.- Development of clear and accurate documentation for efficiency of task execution and quality checks by shift teams. - Coordination with external vendors for resolution of tools' technical issues, driving SWATs as needed using Model Based Problem Solving (MBPS), to minimize downtime/quality risks, and improve availability to meet internal/external customer commitment. - Ownership of statistical process control review across the fleet of photolithography tools, using WECO/Sigma rules to ensure optimal quality production. - Utilization of data analytic tools like JMP, PowerBI, Python, SQL pathfinder etc. for data mining and analysis in order to achieve process/quality improvement.
