   Set up both air and sea shipments from A-Z. Experienced with handling shipments with letter of credit, DG, perishable, prepaid and routed. Currently solely and independently handle +100 files a month as the only person employed in exports. Send rate quotes, bill files, file AES, file FMC, search KSMS/TSA for known or unknown shippers’ website, DG Ocean Export Certified, attend department meetings, meet with agents, and dispatch pick-ups to authorized agents.  Track and trace shipments, research and resolve any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies, responsible for ensuring all inquiries placed by the clients are responded to in a timely manner and reliable information.  Responsible for organizing all the necessary documentation for each shipment, ensuring that every shipment file is updated upon receipt of new information regarding shipments.  Responsible for monitoring shipment and delivery to destination, resolve issues which may arise such as damaged or loss shipments, documentation, hot shipments and track the trucking to ensure delivery of shipments to airline or port. Assist the imports department with ISF filings, billing, arrival notices, emails and calls
