Was responsible for compliance with the DEA, FDA, SBOP and OSHA. Achieved Kaizen Leader status and lead and facilitated many Kaizen events in a strong Lean Six Sigma environment. Was a crucial team member in the implementation of the Gold Standard Operating Model at this facility. Improved the First Time Fill Rate (raw service level) from 92% to 99%, Reduced Days Inventory On Hand (DIOH) from 30 to 19. Reduced Inventory on hand from 54 million to 43 million. Reduced shrink numbers by 30%. Improved Morgue throughput time by 3 days thereby preventing the purchasing of excess inventory. Spearheaded weekly product profiling and velocity resets that supported Operations by enabling them to pick more items with greater ease, in a shorter time with fewer employees.
