1. In charge of the costing and quote, manage margin and contract policy, communicate with sales and customer and coordinate with the purchase and manufacture planning issue. 2. Preparing the projection and budget for the business unit and core technology. 3. Weekly sales and Bop forecast, clarify the cost and margin variance, monitoring the business unit expense and Bop on monthly basis. 4. Manage the KPI for the salesman. 5. Preparing the PPT for sales & management & executive meetings. 6. Discuss the cost breakdown and negotiate every contract details with Key customers.

1. In charge of double-checking the business expense and goods payment, and monthly AP&AR reconciliation domestic and abroad.2. Management of company cash-flow, bank loans and citi-onlinePayment double-confirm. 3. Handling all business unit accounts, including modules of cost, AP, AR, GL, in ERP system ACCPAC, and preparing all PRC and group reporting such as OLAP& BOP& HYPERION etc.4. Preparing year-end STATORY file, in charge of year end audit of charged business unit, preparing required audit folder for PRC and STATORY.5. Preparing Hyperion files of Projection & Budget & OPACT. 6. Monthly P&L summary files to controllers, and give advice about company internal control.7. Coordinating with WGQ No 2 Market invoice issuing and tax issues.

1. Familiar with kinds of international settlement, in charge of AP arrangement and AR collection, knowledge of the foreign exchange principles2. Controlling budget the internal cash flow, applying for the loan from the bank, established and maintained close relationships with bank executives, auditors, and attorneys, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies.3. Preparing kinds of reports, such as the balance sheet etc.4. Checking and posting vouchers of import & export department inERP system 5. Statement of tax sheets. 6. Preparing financial statement & schedules & management of Budgeted expense
