 Perform checking on daily internal /regulatory reports and monitoring tasks. Coach junior staff in preparing assigned reports and monitoring tasks and ensure timely submission of assigned reports in relation to facility limits and pledged collateral. Ensure all audit confirmation and bank reference check requests are handled timely and accurately. Ensure all regular/contingency reporting and monitoring tasks are performed accurately in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and other external regulatory requirements. Follow up with relevant parties on obtaining the required approvals and rectifications of all related breaches and limit excesses. Assist team leader in reviewing workflows and procedures and recommend suggestions for continuous process improvement. Assist team leader/ team head to coordinate /participate in Operational Risk / Internal Control Assessments / reporting
