With 14 years of design management and design strategy experience, Ada is a creative leader who helps build and empower high-performing teams to bring products and experiences to life, with integrity. Having worked with purpose-driven companies like Heath Ceramics and Procter & Gamble, she has a deep understanding of the importance and impact of a cohesive design vision that is rooted in strong values and permeates the whole creative process: from defining 'why' to imagining a vision, figuring out how we get there in (mostly!) one piece and, finally, to enabling beautiful execution.
