CurrentTalent recruitment, development, and retention are critical aspects of any organization's success. As a Talent Advisor I am involved in identifying and attracting suitable candidates for job openings. We must attract top talent, develop their skills and knowledge, and retain them to achieve their goals. My role includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting the best candidate for the job. I am a resource to candidates as they navigate the onboarding process or need guidance for accommodations or special needs for work assignments. I impact candidate retention by keeping candidates involved and motivated in the onboarding process. Additionally, I am an advocate for our candidates and for our clients simultaneously to protect both of their best interests.
