In this company, I am engaged in international marketing, selling Chinese goods to the US and buying US goods for sales in China . My daily activities include searching for Chinese factories, business negotiations, translating foreign buyers' quality control details to the factories' management, problems solving, logistics planning, business documentation, and dealing with customs clearance etc. I am also accountant for the business.

I started up with a dream of the company's owner of doing business with China . I assisted him to a great success in a short period of time. SQC successfully imported one 40' container of white gift-wrap tissue paper one month later after I started working with it. By the year 2004, SQC had become quite one influential importer of gift-wrap tissue paper in the US market. Unfortunately, SQC's business grew fast enough to incur confrontations and later an anti-dumping lawsuit by its US competitors. SQC's business was fundamentally undermined by 96% anti-dumping duties of US government later in 2004.

During this period, I translated a large amount of documents in areas of medicine, architecture, science and technology etc. from Chinese to English and vice versa.
