Supply Chain Manager
Current- Schedule and place purchase orders for items required to support the sales forecast and assure timely product delivery to our customers. Scheduling will be based on demand and sales forecasts, Master Production.
- Follow execution of purchase orders, while the supply remains open, with the suppliers.
- Coordinate and/or support the resolution of all issues that may arise with items including delivery, expediting, receiving, and MRP issues.
- Maintain the accuracy of purchase item data and planning parameters driving the ERP system.
- Keep all involved departments informed about item availability. Perform weekly review of supply gaps and communicate gaps identified that cannot be resolved.
- Confirms existing supply plan is relevant throughout monthly execution cycle, and participates in monthly S&OP activities to re-plan longer horizon.
