I am competitive but I am also a firm believer of the fact that competition and support are not two ends of a sword but two sides of a coin, capable of existing in tandem. I can strike up conversations with anyone. - This skill was harnessed at a very young age because I was the only child among a group of adults in most parties and also because I was an on-ground reporter for The Hindu Pvt. Ltd. Moreover, to be a great conversationalist you need to have the gift of the gab or/and you need to be knowledgeable. I strike a comfortable balance between the two. I am also great at multitasking - while working at IGCC, I was juggling between two different projects and both were under different head managers. I never let either of them feel that I was prioritising one over the other. Besides, IGCC also taught me how to work well under pressure, how to strategically plan events, the true meaning of constructive criticism and also why team bonding and engagement is vital to make your work environment positive and productive.I intend to pursue Marketing along with Sustainability as my specialization in the near future. I am also keen to support projects that revolve around social causes.
