During that time I learned that attitudes and behaviors contribute more to the projects success than cutting-edge information technology per se. High performance and use of IT are strongly connected, but the factor that ultimately determines the success or failure of projects are people. That's why my focus turned from software/hardware to people/teams technology.Specialties: Areas of expertise are concentrated in sales, leadership, marketing planning and negotiation with major multinational companies.
