●Created and led a new business directorate resulting in 40M CNY (~5.6M USD) in revenue by 2018 and sustained a growth rate above 10 % per year.●Managed three primetime programs: “New Discovery of Airline Stewardesses ”(Reality travel show), “The Discover”(a short narrative Documentary), “Talk to Chinese Brand “(talk show), resulting in more than 500 episodes. ●Led distribution efforts with International Chinese Network Inc. (USA), New Zealand Chinese Channel 33, Iranian National Television.●Created and launched the “Chinese Brand Discovery Summit” to bring Chinese programs overseas. The third Summit in 2018 held in Beijing had more than 500 attendees.●Managed the 2017/2018 Corporate Social Responsibility program to help and inspire children and draw public attention.
