Project managed the build & delivery of an online grocery store for one of the largest supermarket groups in the Middle East, as well as developing the back-of-house logistics to support the go-live process. Key responsibilities:- Daily liaison with an offshore web developer team to ensure the web build, UX & stock inventory was delivered to scope, budget & time.- Managed & directed product photography shoots, ensuring all stock items were available, presentable & consistently represented from both a visual & inventory perspective.- Developed a thorough SOP document to support the web go-live, mapping the customer journey from basket selection to order, payment, delivery & returns.- Also managed other projects as & when required including the creation & implementation of a publication distribution database & inventory management for White Almonds, an online gift registry based in Dubai.

Worked as key support to the event management team on the launch event of the Toyota 86. This culminated in a seven day event with over 600 delegates taking part in a variety of activities including new model launch reveal, classroom sessions, track driving, skid pan & drifting experiences.Key responsibilities:- Managed two of the drive activity areas coordinating delegate movement, overseeing F&B & branding set-up.- Assisted with event preparation & on-site logistics, liaising with multiple suppliers for the build-up & break-down, branding, F&B & drive activity elements.

Worked as key support to the Tournament Director of this PGA Tour Pro-Am event, assisting in the running of pan-GCC qualifying golf club events & of the major tournament in Abu Dhabi. Key responsibilities:- Liaised with players & Clubs across the pan-GCC region confirming attendance & qualifying event details. - Managed, delivered & installed sponsor branding at key locations throughout the qualifying event venues & main tournament at Yas Links Golf Course, assisted on-event with player registration & handled all on-event logistics, working closely with the course management & branding suppliers. - Responsible for a team of eight labourers, supplier & European Tour TV crew liaison to ensure effective event set-up & breakdown.
