 Managing Reservations, rate adjustments and expenses through marketing channels Airbnb and Booking.com using the 365 Villas Application.  Collecting and verifying payments through Payfort, including generating invoices for guests, maintaining contact with support team and guests to ensure all payment issues are cleared prior to check in. Filing and recording all occurrences (Security, Maintenance, Guest and the Systems like 365 Villas, Booking.com, Airbnb, Payfort and DTCM Supervising property host, ensuring all check ins/outs and turn over inspections are completed properly, reviewing property host’s daily report and delegating minor tasks to ensure apartments are prepared for incoming guests.  Maintaining contact and providing consistent follow up with Board members on company status, Security in all buildings on incoming guests, Operation’s manager, Maintenance requirements, Landlord’s assistant, Building reception, room cleaners and updates to the company Accountants. Creating monthly income/expense and various other spreadsheet tracking reports for the board and accounting to review (Revenue, Booking cancellation, Cleaning schedules, Petty cash tracking, DTCM expense reports).  Addressing guest concerns, providing guidance to incoming guests on property locations, and performing property host duties when host is not available.
