Association event, venue and destination PR expert, solution focused hypnotherapist, speaker, outdoor adventure seeker… I fundamentally love the variety that life has to offer and am constantly seeking the best way to balance all my passions. I have spent more than 20 years specialising in PR for the Association and Business Event sectors, amassing an enviable list of destination, venue, association and PCO clients. During the pandemic I achieved a long-term goal to qualify as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist and ran a practice helping individuals with a variety of personal challenges as well as organisations looking for a creative way to improve team performance. Though I focus on the PR activity, I all these skillsets to create engaging content as a speaker at conferences and events around the world. Most importantly though, the challenges wrought by the COVID pandemic altered my perspective and need for balance - so you are just as likely to find my surfing or mountain biking with my son as you are doing any of the above.
