The motivating factor that has driven my passion to serve has been the ability to immerse myself in situations and empathize with those whom I work with. Being able to really appreciate and put myself in situations that allow me to be successful through administrative decisions and leading those around me. Truly loving people and the challenges that we all face on a day-to-day basis are something that I believe brings the utmost fulfillment. The change that can come from causes that seek to improve the situations of others around you is what I love to do and focus on.I credit myself in being a huge sports fan which was my first true love and taught me a huge amount of lessons in teamwork and dedication. However, I did indeed discover that "Ball is not life" and that there is more to the foundations of life than my favorite team ripping my heart out time after time. While this is still a big part of my life in which I enjoy watching games in the evenings with my wife, a huge aspect became service and love for others after immersing myself in new cultures that largely came from 2 years of living in Mozambique in South East Africa. My experiences and jobs have given me the ability to:-Lead those around me and motivate them to really develop a passion for the project we are focusing on.-Analyze programs and their effectiveness by the success of the people who create them and the people who are impacted by their efforts while being impartial. - Organizing and implementing key plans with groups of 20+ people who are essential to the success of each project. - Empathizing with customers or people of any situation to allow them to feel heard and understood.-Communicate effectively in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
