• Responsible for an $80MM annual budget with a 10% growth target – consistently exceed revenue and growth objectives.• Accountable for over 3,000 employees located across numerous Xerox Services Global Production Sites [USA, Philippines, India, Dominican Republic, and Ghana].• In charge of three Divisions: one dedicated to customer care operations, one dedicated to transaction processing operations, and one dedicated to claims processing operations.

Western Europe

• Asked by a Xerox Services Group President to lead a special project involving the incorporation of the Xerox ‘transaction processing’ units (“DTPS”) based in Western Europe in to the existing ‘ACS’ organizational structure in Europe.• Worked across 10 countries/location to introduce and implement the SBU structure, Activity Based Compensation, and transition work to lower cost processing locations (both nearshore and offshore).

Lexington, Kentucky Area

• Responsible for a $30MM annual budget with a 25% growth target for this fiscal year – consistently exceed revenue, profit, and growth objectives.• Accountable for over 500 employees located across six of our global production sites [USA, Mexico, Jamaica, Santo Domingo, Ghana, and India].• In charge of seven Strategic Business Units (SBUs), each of which supports a Fortune 500 organization, and am the first escalation point of contact for each customer.

Barcelona Area, Spain

• Managed ACS’ Global Production Facility in Barcelona, Spain, where 450 employees provided outsourcing services for three large Fortune 500 organizations in 15 different languages• Lead and organized the implementation of ACS Proprietary Software toolset for one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers (€25 million in revenue annually)• Helped oversee the opening of the Krakow, Poland; Zurich, Switzerland; and London, UK Global Production Facilities as a key piece of ACS’ expansion into the European BPO market

Greater Omaha Area

• Directed the opening of a new BPS office in Omaha for two mid-sized healthcare clients ($2.0 million in revenue annually)• Manage mailroom, data entry and transmission of 15,000 healthcare claims daily• Achieved and exceed contractual Service Level Agreements for quality and turnaround• Doubled the size of the office within first year of live operation

Accra, Ghana

• Supervised the opening of the Accra, Ghana offshore data entry site• Participated in meetings with local government officials to confirm company met proper international regulations• Conducted performance meetings and directed an executive management staff of six• Hired and trained 75 native Ghanaians on Health Care medical claim form keying rules and guidelines

Moscow, Russian Federation

• Planned and organized the recruiting process, interviewing, and hiring of six Delphi Computer Programmers in Russia• Worked with the US government and Russian Embassy to obtain proper work visas for employees to train and work in USA for two years• Developed a team for training and acclimating the six programmers to job requirements and expectations in Lexington, Kentucky
