I collaborate with designers, developers, marketing pros and business unit leaders to develop, design, and administer scalable, mission-critical websites and other web-based tools and applications that are integral to helping our customers take urgent action on climate change.

Pixelsmith Design is a web and graphic design firm founded by Adam Blodgett in 2009. Operating out of Olympia, Washingon PSD creates customized solutions for individuals, organizations and businesses. From logo design to full scale websites, PSD runs the gamut of design and implementation.

Prepped and opened the cafe daily at 8am, making beverages and arranging items for sale. Took orders, prepared and served food and beverages for the morning and lunch rushes. Checked stock and ordered supplies and food as necessary.

Participated in duty periods during which I patrolled all the dorms of the UC Irvine housing facility Middle Earth to ensure that any maintenance or facilities-related issues are addressed, that institutional policies are being observed, and generally to ensure that the residence hall is an environment supportive of the educational pursuits of the students. Was available to offer support for students encountering issues such as roommate conflicts, depression, and alcohol or drug abuse on a day-to-day basis.Planned and facilitated three programs a quarter for the residents in order to enhance the living community within the residential hall. Monitored and maintained the life of the dorm of 70+ students. Wrote monthly newsletters and held quarterly meetings to discuss the state of the dorm and what the residents wanted to see in the dorm. Participated in monthly staff meetings to discuss the state of the complex, upcoming facility-wide events and check in and support the staff.
