My previous role as Office Project Manager was to deliver a first class customer and staff experience whilst maintaining a professional and productive office environment. This required a dynamic approach to deliver first class customer service, predominantly via telephone and email. The requirements of this role involved; • Manage and oversee day to day activities of operations including planning and coordinating deliveries and installations with third parties• Plan 400+ projects per year, managing all aspects including arranging site surveys• Dealing with oversees suppliers in China and sending and monitoring packing lists to be shipped• Visiting customers on site to proactively sell products• Being the first point of contact if the customer is experiencing difficulties, ensuring I leave a positive impression and ensuring the customers needs are met• Building relationships with customers as this shows that you care about them and their business• Managing customer accounts to make sure all monies outstanding have been paid• Creating reports to enable the team to proactively inform customers in any delays etc.• Planning deliveries and collections that suit customer needs• Managing customer leads giving them my full attention at all times• Proactively collecting feedback to constantly improve service levels and note any opportunities
