Performed weekly Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC) runs, diluting stock solutions in a buffer to the desired molarity, degassing the samples in a vacuum, and then loading the respective solutions into the injection syringe or sample cell. Maintained a dated, well-organized physical lab notebook containing all calculations for dilutions, important comments relating to the protocol or troubleshooting, and the data/graph for every ITC run completed.
