• Reverse engineered heavy industrial rotating equipment, set up production in house and successfully manufactured a significantly improved model that is easier to manufacture, operate and transport.• Continuous improvement of the equipment designs to reduce material costs, reduce labor costs, minimize rework and streamline supply chain requirements for a superior design.• Developed a modular layout that reduced the system footprint by nearly half which allowed for all major systems to be housed in a single building instead of being spread out through multiple locations.• Reverse engineered heavy industrial hydro-mechanical equipment to improve both price and delivery over existing imported values.• Developed retrofit systems for existing hydro-mechanical industrial equipment to increase reliability and improve operator performance.• Managed architectural metals projects throughout Texas for schools, restaurants and office buildings that included stainless steel handrails, laminated glass, stainless steel cladding and stainless steel guardrails.
