In this role, I provide comprehensive assistance to licensed agents through multiple communication channels, including chat support, email support, and phone support. My role involves facilitating smooth operations and addressing various needs of agents, which encompass:- Managing accounts payable processes- Handling contracting and certification requirements- Verifying client eligibility-Informing agents of our company’s SOP’s-Being a knowledge base for company products & services, with the ability to relay that back to the agents.- Offering broker tool support and additional related servicesMy expertise ensures that agents receive timely and accurate support, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities and enhance their productivity.

I use my marketing skills to assist smaller companies with expanding their client base & establishing an online presence.

In this role, I am a direct customer service representative. I am responsible for verifying our B2B client's information & assisting them via phone/chat support with issues regarding their account status, wholesale pricing, or setting up their new memberships. An additional aspect of my role here is to implement techniques to try & achieve client retention. We use Zendesk (a ticketing system) to triage client needs, & offer support based off of those hierarchy's. Along with Zendesk we use data such as KPI'S to determine customer representative efficiency.
