Manage a fleet of Patrol vehicles and Officers that inspect, respond and report to locations around Columbus. The Patrol investigates alarms and also patrols areas to provide round the clock security.

The facilities consist of a 38 story building, over 1 million square feet of tenant space, a 6 story parking garage with an attached Capital Club workout and dining facility. Administer the payroll, as well as all the hiring, training, and disciplining of the security officers.Command 13 Officers for a 24/7, 365 days a year schedule.Coordinate the Floor Warden training and meetings for the Huntington Center.Initiated an on-site rewards program for officers.Curbed the vagrant and homeless population that visited the building and garage. Coordinated the duties of 9 Court Security Specialists, who are armed with Tazers and trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED along with 2 officers being First Responder Certified.
