I work closely with legal teams to review major incidents and ensure sustainable, compliant solutions are implemented. My goal is to build and maintain a world-class safety culture that delivers measurable safety performance across the enterprise.

Led safety management for a union site with 1,300 workers, overseeing the comprehensive safety program. Provided strategic guidance and ensured compliance with safety regulations, focusing on preplanning, preparation, and execution during refueling outages across a fleet of 14 nuclear reactors. Collaborated closely with the senior management team to address daily operational safety challenges, offering expert advice on mitigation strategies, compliance, and programmatic decisions to ensure ongoing safety excellence.

Managed safety operations for large-scale commercial construction projects, overseeing comprehensive site safety and environmental protection plans. Conducted regular site audits to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations, coordinating compliance with state and local laws. Collaborated closely with project managers, providing bi-weekly reports that emphasized continuous improvement in both safety and environmental practices. Additionally, briefed the Vice President on the status of safety and environmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Managed domestic and global manufacturing safety, prioritizing ergonomics, risk assessment, and training.
