This involved proactive investment on a personal level (career planning, promotions, moving jobs, working overtime & taking additional jobs) and on a financial level (stocks, bonds, real estate). The strategy was to increase income as fast as possible, rapidly reduce outgoings and assertively invest the difference in quality income producing assets.The outcome has been phenomenal. Creating a position whereby implementing such strategies will enhance your wellbeing, gaining financial independence and retiring early.
