Trained new hire employees on jobsite hazards, proper use of personal protective equipment, stop work authority, personal accountability, and JSA’s. Maintain ISNetworld, Avetta, Tappy Safe, and any other jobsite requirement. Developed job book for crews that include hazard assessments, emergency action plan, unusual jobsite hazards, list of personal protective equipment needed. Complete jobsite safety audits, safety stand down meetings, document and update color code every quarter, and ensure work is complete within the OSHA standard. Maintain OSHA 300 and 300a Log. OSHA 510 certification and approval to take OSHA 500.

Managed scaffolding, insulation, and paint crews for shutdowns, small and major capital projects to insure profitable completion both in lump some and T&M contracts.
