As a Program Manager I am responsible for the over all health and success of my respective programs. This includes but is not limited to, cost, quality, on time delivery and overall continued growth of business. As a Program Manager I take responsibility for coordination and execution of various activities throughout the life of the program. This allows me to work intimately within my organization as well as directly with customers. Another critical function of this role is to work in tandem with BD representatives to secure long term contracts and continued business

As the Director of Business Development I absorbed all of the company's international business. In addition to me supporting customers directly, I was also responsible for managing and supporting all distributors internationally. The Director of Business Development role also included overseeing the company's inside sales team. The inside sales team was a cross functional team working with customers directly as well as supporting all of the outbound Business Development personnel.

As the Business Development Manager I maintained all of my Regional Account Manager responsibilities as well as coordinate all of the company events and trade shows. -As OptiPro's Sales Account Manager I am responsible for effectively communicating across all departments within OptiPro and relay accurate information back to customers.-Generate qualified sales leads for future machine sales and process development work. -Responsible for the sale and support of OptiPro equipment as well as any other products and services offered.-Assist the OptiPro Marketing Director in any promotional material used to promote OptiPro’s products and services.-Involved in the development of new sales tools such as CRM, Global Shop and SharePoint.-Generate accurate quote information for Machines, APD projects and tooling per customers request.
