I focus my practice on insurance coverage law and coverage litigation in state and federal courts. My practice involves counseling insurers and policyholders on their respective coverage obligations or entitlements under first-party and liability coverages, including occurrence-based and claims-made coverages, and handling complex coverage litigation.I serve as national counsel for several companies, ushering them through the ever-changing claims landscape, whether it be in COVID-19 coverage litigation or claims handling in the face of revival statutes such as the Child Victims Act and Adult Survivors Act. I also represent insurers in bankruptcy cases involving sexual abuse by priests and others.
