With experience as an IT Hardware Service Desk at Randstad Canada, I am a cybersecurity professional with a passion for learning and problem-solving. I have successfully assisted the Workstation Support Technicians in troubleshooting, equipping, and testing over 800 workstations in a 6-week time frame, as well as supporting clients with their IT hardware needs, such as setting up accounts and devices, establishing Microsoft Authenticator access, and delivering hardware devices as part of the onboarding process.I have also completed a certificate in Cyber Security from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification, demonstrating my knowledge and skills in malware detection, cloud administration, help desk support, and other key areas of cybersecurity. I am currently pursuing my French language studies through Duolingo, as I believe that communication and cultural awareness are essential for any IT professional.
