Said Mansour is a Team Lead at Shared Services Canada, where he leads the IT Repair & Replace Program for the Protective Security Services Division. His role focuses on life-cycling at-risk and unsupported IT infrastructure, overseeing the planning of technical requirements and coordinating the deployment of newly procured IT assets. With over five years of experience in IT service management, Said has been involved in implementing an enterprise asset management tool, data analysis and reporting, and driving business process improvements.Said is also a Mental Health & Wellness Ambassador, where he promotes resources, encourages training participation, and helps raise awareness to break the stigma around mental health in the workplace.Said holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a Minor in Statistics, from Carleton University. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic. Outside of work, Said enjoys cycling and watching soccer and Formula 1 racing.
