Oversaw the public safety mobile data network that utilized a commercial wireless carrier and the computer aided dispatch system. Ensured minimum service disruptions through collaborative efforts with the cellular service provider.

Achievements: Worked with commercial software vendor to customize a commercial off the shelf (COTS) help desk support system so that the web-based application integrated seamlessly with existing National Park Service (NPS) systems.
