Working on a new research project exploring the concepts of patholgies, predation, and paleoecology in Devonian vertebrates of Pennsylvania's Catskill Formation. I have to analyze relevant literature and develop methods of identifying different deformations or predation marks in Devonian vertebrates, and then subsequently search through the Vertebrate Paleontology collections for relevant specimens based on this criteria. Final products include creation of a scientific research poster.

Worked in the HMNS public fossil preparation lab doing fossil preparation of Eocene Green River Formation and Permian Texas Red Beds fossils. Most time included being in charge of and preparing a 300-pound Juvenile Dimetrodon skeletal jacket. Recieved high-level fossil preparation trainings from professional preparator Mike Eklund. Also participated in public outreach programs included paleoartwork and working with members of the public in Permian microfossil sifting activities. Other roles included helping out with Paleo Camp groups.
