The basic break down of Spectrum Tracer Services was to Inject Tracing Chemical into Well during Hydraulic Fracturing. While working with STS I found myself preforming several other various duties and responsibilities. Some of the duties/tasks preformed include Public Relations coordinator for the Billings/Northwest region. I also scheduled and coordinate with frac crews and company men as to start time and location.Some job duties include professionally prepare paperwork and field receipts for company man. I also maintained the highest of safety regulations in every aspect. I was on the new edge and helped developed new technology to help better preform job duties. The tech that I developed ensured added safety combined with user friendly technology to speed up effectiveness and efficiency. With the new tech I developed I worked diligently with co-workers and coordinated practical applications of new technology and helped in the learning process.

I Completed 6 week FTO (Field Training Officer) Program a head of schedule in only 4 weeksI maintain safety & security in a direct supervision facility while overseeing direct supervision of inmates and inmate files. I attended and successfully completed MLEA-Correction Detention Officer Basic of 160 hours of training. I won two awards while attending the academe the Class Inspiration as well as the Outstanding Officer Award.While employed I participate in semi-monthly detention facility base training. During my employment I was awarded by Sheriff Linder, in Recognition of my Dedication and Willingness to go above and beyond in my service. I was trained in and Over see Inmate Court Hearings and Procedures where I coordinate with Judges for inmate court appointments and professionally prepared and organized Court paperwork for releases and sentencing.

Direct door to door sales. After completing sales school and various training in Nashville, TN, we were assigned to different towns to relocate to and sell in. When we arrived at the designated towns the initial sales experience was to find affordable housing for the summer. This was completed by going door to door asking members of the community for help in generating leads for a place to rent/stay.This was a college summer internship program designed to give college age kids a chance to learn how to run and manage their own small company. I successfully completed two summers of the internship finishing in the tops sales ranked positions.I networked and spoke with thousands of families during my internships. The internship taught me every aspect of running a business from the sales to the ordering of supplies and coordinating pick up and delivers. I also took part in the delivering of every item that was was purchased from me. This allowed me to revisit the families that I had connected with re-confirm the purchase, demonstrate the product and even up-sell if opportunity allowed.
