Head Of Retail Insights
CurrentLeading a team of Insight Business Partners across Co-op Retail, Wholesale and E-Commerce. In essence the job is to be close to the drivers, priorities and plans of our Food business, and then develop and deliver an Insight plan, that is there to: - Support the development of Customer, Brand and Business Strategies- Support in developing and delivering customer propositions, activation, trade plans, new products, comms, and much more- Measure, evaluate and track Co-op’s in-market performance, helping to identify threats and opportunities- Build detailed understanding of customers, and embed Voice of the Customer understanding and customer empathy across the business - this helps in ensuring that our customers are in the room when we are making decisions- Provide thought leadership around customer and market, helping stakeholders to think ahead and anticipate, rather than just being reactive- Build Insight best practice across the team, and to provide coaching and mentoring for the team, so that we keep on growing and keep delivering value-adding and actionable insights- Overall responsibility for making sure we deliver great customer research, compelling CX insights and have high quality, accurate market data.
