For Kits Yacht Club I've taught sailing to all age groups throughout the summer seasons of 2010-2011 as well as set marks for the weekly Thursday night races which I continue to do over the seasons. Other occasional duties such as simple boat repairs and club maintenance were done throughout the years. sadly the Kitsilano non-profit sailing programs stopped after the 2011 season due to the newly competitive business.

Due to the shut down of the Kits Sailing Program, Mac Sailing took the opportunity to expand and create a Mac sailing Kitsilano location. I was offered a job with them due to my two years of experience teaching at the club. Since the summer of 2014, I was no longer able to teach due my pursuit of a civil engineering career.
