I am responsible for the overall operation of all server infrastructure and office equipment for Nexteppe, in addition to all external vendor management and overseas developers. I have also created a new overall production infrastructure at a more cost-efficient data center, including fully redundant web and database layers, and a proper SDLC environment to allow for a more continuous development process. These changes enabled Nexteppe to provide a 99.9% availability SLA and decrease the turnaround time for development changes.

I was in charge of a team responsible for creating and maintaining a full enterprise infrastructure for their new Listings project and their existing Navigator project, including fully redundant web and database layers and a back-end Oracle RAC processing environment. Additionally, we created a full SDLC environment utilizing extra hardware and Microsoft's Hyper-V. My tasks also included providing metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis for upper management to address any concerns proactively.

I was on a team that helped maintain an existing Exchange 2000 clustered environment supporting 1500 users worldwide, while planning an upgrade to Exchange 2003 onto more robust hardware. In addition, I used VMWare to provision servers for various department needs and helped to do an audit of Active Directory accounts for business need and security purposes.
