Working with a fantastic team at Riverside’s Supported Housing scheme in Sittingbourne, I was jointly responsible for incoming referrals, funding applications, supporting the Journey Coach’s where needed and supporting customers with successful move ons in to independent living…amongst many other things

Working on a Zero-Hour contract, I check ID of visitors coming in to see the lads and maintain communication with the prison itself when they arrive.

Covering holiday, I have and am currently covering contracts in Erith, Rochester & Sittingbourne. Working for Sidcup based CareClean UK, using their own products working in both office and warehouse base work environments.

Working on the Reignite programme, I work with people over the age of 50 from Haringey, Enfield, Barnet and Waltham Forest, supporting them back in to work, training or further education.

Returning to deliver the Prince's Trust Team programme in Ashford, Kent.

SECONDMENT // An excellent opportunity opened up to join a hard working small team to organise CXK's Summer and Autumn 2018 deliveries of NCS. I site managed two Residentials, one with over 200 young people and the other over 70. Other duties included: setting up partnerships and creating a year long Graduate strategy for all the 700+ grads that we had from that cohort, creating marketing material, being social media lead for our Facebook page, calling partners to get them involved during the summer residentials and line managing staff during the residential phases.

Responsibilities included: writing Schemes of Work and Session Plans, delivering sessions, recruiting young people to come on to programme, building relationships with local organisations (in order for the young people to complete Community Project and Supporting Other People in the Community modules), sourcing work experience placements, mentoring and dealing with a small budget (petty cash).Work placements sourced: McDonalds, Pets at Home, Marks & Spencer, Eurostar, LendLease, The Entertainer, Superdrug, Boots and many independent businesses.**During this time it must be noted that during Week One of our February 2018 cohort, CXK's Training & Development department had an Ofsted inspection. The inspectors visited a number of our sessions, interview both myself and a couple of young people. We were awarded a GOOD for the work we do with young people.**

Based above their Vauxhall dealership in Ashford, I was part of their Marketing Department. I created new model, sales and service letters for Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Skoda, Ford, Volkswagen, Nissan, Chevrolet and Vauxhall. As well as that, I made service and sales calls as well attending new model launches, notably the Jaguar XFR at the East Sussex National.

Volunteering in the CRUK shop in Faversham, I oversaw stock rotation and processing donations. I opened up and locked the shop, as well at working on the till.
