Established in 2002, CXK is a charity which delivers a diverse range of services across the South of England, empowering young people and adults with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in employment, education, or training. The heart of CXK’s mission is to inspire people to thrive. We have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality, engaging and inclusive services that focus on individual needs, empowering beneficiaries to tackle their challenges. In the past year alone, we have supported more than 300,000 individuals to build their skills and confidence and find work, or an education or training opportunity.
