Providing brief solution-focused 1:1 interventions which aim to increase emotional resilience and coping skills in children and young people.

• Supporting vulnerable adolescents in a secondary school . • Managing a caseload of young people who are not in education, training or employment and working with them to move towards a positive progression. • Advocating for a young person and family where needed. • Keeping up to date with local opportunities that might be of interest to young people.• Working across agencies and partners (e.g. social services, schools) to provide comprehensive support to young people and their families.• Initiating and writing Common Assessment Frameworks (CAF) where appropriate for a young person and their families.• Referring young people to more specialist support where required e.g. counselling, or substance abuse support.
