AJH Automation, set up in 2013, founded by Adam Handley, offers Process and Layout resource to develop engineering solutions within Body in White, particularly automated production assembly lines.

Current project is working with the Jaguar Landrover forward planning team to provide process support on a new Bill of Process for all future cars produced by the company.

Process and Layout support via KUKA for Jaguar Land Rover's new Nitra facility. Worked on the SE phase for the Land Rover Discovery, the first car into the new facility, for the Underbody cells.

Process and Layout support, via KUKA and Magna Steyr, for Jaguar Land Rover's electric vehicle, the Jaguar I-Pace. Worked on the SE phase on Underbody and Bodyside cells which will be installed at the Magna Steyr facility in Graz, Austria

Process support for Jaguar Land Rover's for Pre-SE on the Jaguar XJ to be put into the existing G-Block facility that produces Jaguar XF and XE models. Jaguar Land Rover eventually cancelled the project for cost reasons.

Process and Layout support via KUKA for Jaguar Land Rover's new G-Block facility in Castle Bromwich. Worked on the SE phase for the Jaguar XF and XE models for the Bodyside sub assembly cells.

Integration of existing ERP software (Movex) into the new Wednesbury based facility, recently purchased by Pepperl and Fuchs, a German manufacturing company. Involved travel to Germany to learn the Movex system before bringing knowledge back and integrating the Wednesbury plant into the global system.

ERP System Manager. Responsible for delivery of new ERP system including integration of all departments of the company to going from paper based system to using integrated ERP software to improve efficiency of business processes.
