In 2018 Adam alongside life and business partner, Galina, founded Osceola Energy Inc., now OE Solar. Nearly 15 years later he has grown the company to a multi-million dollar energy development and EPC servicing commercial and residential clients as well as municipal, Sovereign Nation, and US government interests. Adam himself is a NABCEP certified journeyman electrician with 20MW installed under his watch. His demonstrated history of working in the renewables and environment industry has made him a prime candidate for a number of advisory roles and energy policy boards. As a business developer, he has championed the values of craftsmanship, strategic planning, and a culture of service within his companies ranks. His teams have won an impressive number of awards and recognitions spanning from Top Solar Contractor, Best Building, Diverse Leadership, and Fastest Growing Business. Most currently, OE Solar has been titled a Warrior of Light by the nation’s largest solar financing institution. Adam currently serves on the board of NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Development Association New Mexico Chapter, and is an active industry partner of the CNM- Trades Advisory committee.His authentic leadership style - paired with his passion for electricity, mentoring, and building sustainable environments - are the secrets to the energetic and high-powered teams he builds and leads.
