Served as office manager, project manager, HR manager, marketing manager, etc., etc. in the establishment of the Toledo office for R.D. Zande from July 2000 through December 2007 at which time R.D. Zande was acquired by Stantec.

Served as City Engineer for the City of Napoleon, Ohio. Responsible for the preparation of plans and specifications for capital improvement projects, developed an annual CIP budget averaging in excess of $3.0MM, managed a staff of three (3) others and worked in close coordination with the other department heads in the City providing technical asistance for a variety of projects. Additionally, was responsible for the completion of loan and grant applications, as well as preparation and acquisition of easements and calculation of preliminary and final assessments.
