- Support the growth of cash management revenues locally and globally by driving and delivering cash management product capability, (including delivery channels) in Ireland.- Commercial management of product set, working closely both with the local cash management team in Ireland and the Global Cash Management organisation.- Ensuring local capability is aligned with the overall Corporate Banking cash management strategy to provide customers with best in class cash management products. - Product Management within Global Cash Management is both a central and a local function. Central and local teams work closely together across the core product management areas:- Product Development – project ownership, demand management, business requirements- Financial analysis – regular review of performance against budget- Pricing – local price lists and country contribution to regional- Competitor analysis- Regulatory oversight – contact with local banking associations
