Oversees new growth in Military and Veteran Health Programs by ensuring alignment of ManTech’s capabilities with the needs of the supported agencies in order to advance their mission.

Ensured compliance with a variety of US and international standards including FDA and WHO/ISO 15198. Labs successfully accredited, completed a malaria vaccine study and multiple HIV studies-Provided voluntary consultative services to Kenyan provincial hospitals improving quality and accuracy of laboratory results with no increase in costs
