My task is to oversee a multi-million dollar stimulus project that encompasses most of central and eastern New Mexico. I am responsible for construction logistics, timetables, and budgetary concerns. I supervise a group of number of quality Fishel leaders who in turn, supervise a number of quality team mates. I also have a number of subcontractors who look to me for direction and supervision. My goal is to provide quality and quantity construction that results in complete customer satisfaction and company success!

Responsibilities included but were not limited to: Scheduling and routing of daily work and employees. Supervising up to 18 crews at different locations representing 50-60 employees on a daily basis. Writing and delivering annual personnel evaluations. Hiring and maintaining staffing to appropriate levels.. Providing verbal and written performance coaching up to and including termination. Handled all customer service issues- informing them of Work starts/Work completions and making sure their property was restored to its original condition.. Informing municipalities as to where, when, and scope of work to be performed. Working knowledge of NEC, NESC regulations relating to the telecommunications industry. Co-developed and implemented pre-provisioning procedures now used by Fishel Company. Ensured the daily performance of Quality control and Safety Measures. Monitored material orders and disbursement to ensure job requirements were being met . Provided work site analysis, determined work area protection standards, and coordinated work to be accomplished.
