Reliability Engineer
CurrentPrimary role includes working with the New Product Introduction design engineering teams to ensure products are robust and reliable. This reduces warranty expenses for the company and increases customer satisfaction by increasing product up time and reduced operation expenses. A few of the items I work on include: reliability projections based on warranty data, new content risk analysis, DFMEAs, reliability demonstration (full test document, life test, field test), and post launch monitoring to catch any issues before they become a larger issue.
