Responsible for successful delivery of WRG (Western Reserve Group) IT solutions. This includes management of assigned application portfolios, leading strategic IT initiatives, and supervision of a team of resources. Manage all aspects of assignments, including leading, planning, estimating, budgeting, and managing the daily activities of their team. Work collaboratively with business units and IT partners to define the work to be completed and secure the appropriate resources to deliver high quality results. Responsible for leadership and overall support and administration of WRG’s enterprise infrastructure. Responsible for all service levels specific to system availability, installation/decommission of hardware and software, horizon planning, incident, and problem management.

Play a key role in helping WRG meet its objectives as a member of the Information Technologies management team and interact regularly with WRG management. Responsible for developing and executing a cost effective, strategic infrastructure plan and assist in creating a roadmap that supports the Information Technologies department strategy in support of WRG’s near and long-term business goals and objectives. Responsible for the overall support and administration of WRG’s infrastructure hardware and software, with overall responsibility for: servers, middleware, network (LAN, WAN, Internet/Intranet/Extranet) and the stable and secure updates of all the environments. Oversee assigned technical resources and interface with internal IT teams, internal business customers, external agents and external service providers. Responsible for all service levels particular to system availability, audit compliance, installation/decommission of hardware and software, horizon planning, disaster recovery and problem management. Manage the IT systems and network administrators, assist the AVP of technical services with IT operations and Security Analyst including the management of infrastructure related projects.

Manage members of the IT infrastructure services team in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Ensure the proper functioning of the organization’s IT systems through a variety of methods including documenting and reviewing key performance indicators. Participate in project, resource and financial tracking. Participate in problem and change management. Key contributor on the incident response team which is responsible for restoring services during unplanned downtime. Train and Mentor team members. Develop/Maintain Disaster Recovery Plan/Procedure for WRG Business Critical Systems. Support/Maintain Security Patching and Updates for all WRG systems. Participate in related IT Audits/Pentests and remediate findings. Lead Engineer/Architect for new solutions. Provide tier 2/3 support. Design/Implement and manage all security related systems and tools. Provide liaison for IT IS team with Business and Application Development teams.

-Responsible for supporting the information systems functions of the company in accordance with the policies and practices of EnvisionRx. -Support the implementation, modification and maintenance of complex technical environments.-Primary focus Microsoft Exchange Administration and Design (High availability messaging with archiving /journaling and secure email capabilities)-Manage\Maintain Microsoft Infrastructure Environment-Check for patches and cumulative updates-Microsoft Exchange (2007, 2013)-Microsoft Windows Server (2008-2012r2)-Symantec Enterprise Vault-Voltage/HP Secure Mail-VMware-PowerShell-SharePoint 2013 Administration-Provide off hours support during maintenance windows and on-call support rotation.

•Design, Implement, and Maintain Data network Infrastructure (IP subnetting, Cisco Routing and Switching, VOIP, Windows 7, Server 2008R2, Exchange 2010, VMWare, Transmissions Links, Security policies and procedures, SharePoint). •Manage thousands of user accounts and mailboxes across three separate enclaves. •Ensure workstations and servers are up to date with updates/patches and virus definitions. •Train all Data Marines appointed below me to the Marine Corps Data Network Technician standards. •Train all users about Information Assurance policies and procedures. Manage a data network help desk. •Ensure all five million dollars’ worth of communications gear is properly maintained and accounted for.
