This role is as an Extremities and Trauma sales representative for Arthrex within the Cleveland Market. I am responsible for providing superior service and support to Orthopedic surgeons throughout the Cleveland region with regards to all Arthrex's products in the Extremities and Trauma portfolio. Arthrex as a company places a heavy emphasis on medical education and innovation, and as a sales representative I am a champion for those initiatives.

I owned and operated the Red Wing Shoe store franchise in Canton Ohio. This included managing all retail sales operations, and financials. Additionally, I focused on driving new industrial account contracts, improving customer relationships, facilitating new product launch, and driving new business through targeted marketing.

I was responsible for the sales/support of Image Guided Surgery services throughout various facilities across California. This position was aimed at supporting neurosurgeons use of various Navigation equipment for a variety of different procedures and the growth of the portfolio through acquisition of new users. Beyond clinical support, our role was focused on maintaining customers relationships with the various surgeons, OR staff, administration, and other key decision makers.

The responsibilities of my position including leading bi-weekly four-hour laboratory sessions for the undergraduate students of Recombinant DNA Techniques. This class focused on real time development of recombinant DNA strategies in a laboratory setting. As a research associate, I performed various laboratory tasks under the supervision of the senior members. During this time, I expanded my skills in various laboratory techniques, practices, and methods that have prepared me with extensive research experience. Additionally, I was developing a new tool for the creation of efficient gene editing in plants. The generation of this new system served as my project for my master’s Thesis.

I performed weekly/bi-weekly in-home tutoring to families across San Diego. I tutored students in a variety of subjects K-12, and undergraduate.
